AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit)
Inspections are carried out under the AQL method “Acceptable Quality Limit” (Measurements, gauge, sealing quality) to verify if the product that is being produced has met the client's specifications.

Packaging Inspection
In the packaging area a visual inspection of all the material is carried out, ensuring that the parameters set by the client are met. Liners are protected with a polyethylene bag before being finally packed in cartons. We can tailor to specific packaging needs of the client.
3
Sealing Tests
Sealing tests are performed to verify the parameters set by the client and tailored to the specifications, which can be: pressure determined by the thickness of the liner, temperature or sealing time.
4
Leakage, Burst and Pressure Tests
Our liners undergo a complete inspection: leakage tests, burst, and water tests to prevent leaks.
In these tests the strength of the liner and the seal itself is verified, as well as its overall performance.
5
Tensile Strength
We perform stress testing on all of our films to ensure product quality.
6
Traceability
Our products conform to a set of established quality procedures. All materials used are documented from raw material to finished product stages to ensure traceability.
